Mr. Korell joined Hamilton in 2012 and served as President/CEO through December 2017. Formerly he was SVP of Strategic Partnerships in the mortgage banking group at JP Morgan Chase, CEO of GMAC Mortgage Group, and CEO of Residential Funding Corporation. He served on the Mortgage Bankers Association National Board of Governors and was Vice Chairman of the International Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity. Mr. Korell earned a BS degree with high honors from the University of Wisconsin School of Engineering and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

A former Hamilton Home Loans Advisory Board member, Mr. Sheehy’s leadership roles encompass JP Morgan Chase, Freddie Mac, GMAC Mortgage Group and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a BA degree in business/managerial economics and a MBA degree in economics.

Robert Solarana joins Hamilton Home Loans with more than 20 years of financial and operational expertise. He brings a diverse background as a senior finance executive with leadership experience in consumer and commercial finance, e-commerce and retail. Robert will oversee finance, accounting, servicing and business operations for Hamilton Home Loans’s lending team headquartered in Sunrise, Florida.

Chris Caballero, SVP, Chief Information Officer for Hamilton Home Loans. Chris joined Hamilton Home Loans in October 2012 and is a 26 year mortgage business veteran. Chris is a customer centric individual with extensive mortgage and management experience. He is focused on supporting the needs of the organization for both operations and sales. Chris has a broad background in various areas of mortgage banking including Secondary Marketing and Technology. He is the Administrator for Encompass, Roostify, and Optimal Blue at Hamilton Home Loans. Chris was previously with J.I. Kislak and FIS. Chris attended Miami Dade College.

Tammy Scott joined Hamilton in 2011, she has more than 22 years of progressive experience in the mortgage industry and exceptional knowledge of regulations and laws governing the mortgage industry. In this capacity, she is responsible for the direction and oversight of all aspects of regulatory compliance, quality control, licensing and monitoring state and federal regulations. Prior to joining Hamilton, she served at Circle Mortgage as their Sr. Compliance Analyst and Quality Control Auditor. Ms. Scott has also worked as the Secondary Marketing Manager for First NLC Financial Services and ContiMortgage. Ms. Scott formerly held the position of Human Resources Director for The Phorsite Group. Ms. Scott has a bachelor degree in finance, She is a licensed loan originator in 24 states, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager and certified as a Senior Professional Human Resources.

Mr. Bagley started his mortgage banking career after serving in the U.S. armed forces in the Military Intelligence Linguistics branch where he earned Top Secret clearance in U.S. and Foreign intelligence matters. After leaving the military, Mr. Bagley held senior level positions in sales, operations and credit risk management for Norwest Mortgage, First Equity Mortgage, JP Morgan Chase and most recently with WCS Lending as their Senior Credit Risk Manager. With more than 20 years in the mortgage banking industry, Mr. Bagley’s background, leadership and experience in sales, administration, and credit risk adds tremendous value to our organization.

Anna Beltran joins Hamilton Home Loans Executive Leadership Team with over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She is a highly influential and respected leader with an outstanding reputation for driving growth and maximizing sales. As the SVP of Strategic Growth, Anna is responsible for heading up our product development, recruiting, sales development, and marketing departments.

Professionally, I have truly found my calling. In 1988, working as a finance executive, I was given the opportunity to take a chance and enter what was a relatively new industry in mortgage financing. The first year was tough, learning a new business, but at the end I have found myself as one of the very few people who love to come to work every day.
As a natural problem solver, I enjoy helping my each of my customers discover how to obtain homeownership and help them navigate through the home buying process. I still get thrill with each mortgage approval, as I get that feeling of satisfaction every time I see one of my customers realize that they too will have a home of their own and raise a family, creating their own memories to last a lifetime.

Karen Loney has more than 30 years experience in the mortgage industry. She is known for her expertise in maximizing productivity and instilling a positive work environment within the organization. Karen was the Underwriting Operations Manager at JP Morgan Chase and Executive Vice President/National Operations Manager for First NLC Financial Services. She has also held senior level positions of Operations Manager at New South Federal Bank, and Senior Trainer at Citibank. Her breadth of experience covers all aspects of mortgage, from origination through closing.

Amanda Smith joined HGF in 2014 and has worked as an HR professional for over ten years. Prior to joining HGF, she worked as an HR Manager for PMAC Lending (formerly WCS Lending). As a graduate from Florida State University, Amanda started her career in Human Resources at Nordstrom and gained insight and experience regarding what it takes to build a strong company culture and a work environment that attracts top talent. Amanda has extensive experience in leading and developing the Human Resources department and oversees benefit administration, employee compensation, employee performance management/talent development, new hire and new branch on-boarding as well as various complex legal and compliance matters surrounding employment law and compensation.
