To give back and thank our community members who selflessly serve others, we created the Hamilton for Heroes program. This program offers mortgage discounts to Military Members, Police Officers, Firefighters, EMTs, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Physician Assistants and Teachers. In addition, if you are a military veteran, VA Loans offer additional benefits including no down payment and no mortgage insurance.
A home is likely the biggest investment decision anyone will make. Real estate is typically a safe place to invest money, and values generally increase over time. Homeownership is still one of the best ways to build future wealth and achieve your financial goals. But owning a home is much more than that. With Hamilton for Heroes, our Heroes receive a discount on underwriting and processing fees when purchasing or refinancing a home with us – a savings up to $1,590. This assistance helps reduce closing costs. We understand that financing a home is a major decision and expense, and hopefully, this mortgage benefit makes it a bit easier for our Heroes to buy a home.
Since the program’s inception in 2018, we are proud to say we have helped over 3,710. Heroes and their families purchase or refinance homes! They are committed to protecting and caring for us, and in return, we are committed to helping them finance their homes.
